Production ManagementThe SageBarcoder Production Management module delivers control and visibility over the whole production process. It also provides the data required to determin the cost of manufacture.
The module comprises a document storage system which allows the storage and management of all documents required to manufacture the product.
The system also creates a Works Order which is the instruction to manufacture that travells with the product as it passes through all production stages. The Works Order is scanned at each manufacturing station and this action records the start and end time of the process.
The system produces a report which shows the status of all products in manufacture at any one time.
